To report allegations of caretaker abuse, neglect, and exploitation of a vulnerable adult, contact the Office of Client Advocacy (OCA) intake. During normal business hours, call (405) 522-2720 or 1-800-522-8014. For after hours, weekend or holiday assistance, contact the Statewide Abuse Hotline at 1-800-522-3511
