Long-Term Residential Support for adults (18+) with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in a group living setting located in many different communities and neighborhoods. Can be single homes or townhomes.

For people with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities who live on their own but want a little extra support with activities of daily living. We provided 1:1 support and make sure the individuals get their physical and behavioral health needs met.

Designed to meet the complex needs of people with very specialized physical and behavioral health issues. including Dementia, Autism, Dual Diagnoses, and problematic sexual behaviors.

Provides In-Home Supports for individuals who need help with personal care, safety, communication, social skills development, and more. Staff can also help with any prescribed therapy.

Transitional, Supported, and Competitive Employment empowers people by helping them find jobs in the community. Individuals who want help finding a job can work with an AAY HTS or Job Coach to find a position that is right for their skills and interests.

HTS provides transportation to and from medical appointments, recreational activities, and community events specified in an Individual’s Plan.

We accept bulk shredding, but it is good to call and confirm amount. Bulk shredding is typically offered to individuals-local businesses with a larger volume of documents to shred are often referred to other solutions instead.
